They offered us functional and quiet rooms with huge breakfast, clean towels, a lovely view. Hairdryers, a bidet, and a walk-in shower was a plus...

Actually, Wi-Fi was pretty slow and our bed was not comfortable.

The twin room we were provided was updated. The free parking was on-site, good service.

The room was very quiet and had an exceptionally comfortable bed, and I appreciated the clean bathroom with a nice bathtub.

Super shuttle service from us to the airport. That was important to us because we only stayed there for the reason that our connecting flight left the next morning and that worked out great. The pizza in the adjoining restaurant was also great! And the staff was very nice and courteous.

It wasn't so modern, but it was functional.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast rather Italian sweet but also for German taste ok. Very good also the 24 hours occupation of the reception, you can come back late in the evening and get something to drink.

But the real treat was the restaurant Monna Lisa, where the chef's expertise in Tuscany cuisine transformed ordinary dishes into extraordinary works of art. The mouthwatering pizzas were like Leonardo da Vinci's masterpieces - bursting with flavor and creativity. I couldn't resist indulging in their rich buffet breakfast, which was a feast fit for a Medici. From the genuine products to the impeccable service, this hotel truly lived up to its high caliber.

That the rooms were very spacious, and for four of us, that we actually had 2 bedrooms.

Not that big of a deal, but larger groups seem to be put into another complex about 800m - 1km from the actual Hotel. Therefore there is no reception area - just your rooms. However, they did do a pick up service from your room to the hotel for breakfast, when requested. Only stay if you need to be near the airport, otherwise it is about an hour on the bus to central Milan.
